Location: Springhill Medical Center 3719 Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36608 Springhill Recruiting Profile Springhill CRNA o Currently have both call and non-call positions open. o Non Call is Monday – Friday 7:00 -3:00. With fixed hours the compensation is 137,500 plus 4% retention bonus o Flex position covers the gap between the non-call position and the call position. They typically work hours from 7am to 3:30 or 4pm. Salary is $151,000 plus 4% retention bonus. o Call position is again on a point system, but the average compensation is going to be around $200,000 plus 4% retention bonus o 8 weeks of vacation is offered with all positions o We currently have 16 CRNA’s on staff here, 14 are working each day. There are 17 clinical sites to potentially cover each day within the hospital. Mobile CRNA Non Call, Monday – Friday, Monday – Friday 7:00 -3:00, 120K plus 4% retention bonus Call, Avg. 185 (points system) plus 4% retention bonus Non-call: $137,500 + $20,000 sign on + $5,000 relocation + 4% retention Flex: $151,000 + $10,000 sign on + $5000 relocation + 4% retention
