We would be looking to make the physician a partner in the clinic after 12 months of employment and with all parties in agreeance. With the Ambulatory Center (Advanced Endoscopy) it would be a 24 month process. After being a partner in center for 12 months then we would start the process of being a partner in the holding entity.
