Med Surg~ DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process within an assigned unit; assesses, treats and care for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the work of other professional and non-professional personnel.
ICU RN~ DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for performing basic and advanced Nursing Assistant skills under the direct supervision of an RN/LPN according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines within the department and the Medical Center. Other duties as assigned.
Position assures compliance and upholding of the Medical Center’s policy of non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, physical or mental handicap, pregnancy or veteran status. Position may interact with all ages of patients, guests, staff and others.
