As part of our pharmacy team, the primary role of the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Oncology is to facilitate the delivery of safe, effective and pharmacoecomonically rational medications to the cancer patient population. Other aspects of the position include participation in education, guideline/policy development and implementation, professional development, performance improvement initiatives and clinical research. Develops and maintains a clinical pharmacy practice with direct patient care activities designed to optimize the pharmacotherapeutic aspects of patient care.

Your exceptional qualifications
- You have earned an Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or advanced degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- You have a Valid Indiana Pharmacist License, Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP), preferred
- You have successfully completed PGYI Pharmacy Residency and PGYII Pharmacy Residency in Oncology, preferred
